How can I place an Order?
- You can place an order directly from this website, make sure to leave a correct phone number and the delivery address, and we will communicate via WhatsApp to confirm a date and time for delivery.
- You can also order via What’sApp +230 54565009 for Port Louis shop for Abayas or +23054565007 for Lolo St. Andre shop for Casuals.
What is the delivery and the Postage time?
- Delivery typically takes about 3 days for areas in the northern part of the island and around 7 days for other regions, though these times may vary. Please contact the shops before making delivery orders.
- Postage time depends on Post Office. Usually Express post within the island takes 1 to 3 working days and Standard post takes 3 to 7 working days.

What if i don't like the Garment in person can i Return or Exchange?
Please note: Items purchased in-store are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
However, if you are not satisfied with the size or fit of a style purchased via the Website or WhatsApp, please contact us for assistance. In this case we can exchange the item within one week, provided the item is returned to us in the same new condition, unworn, unwashed and in the clear packaging. If there is a scent of perfume or a mark on the item due to make-up or deodorant from trying on the item, the exchange/return will be refused and the item will be returned back to you. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the return procedures have not been followed. In the interest of hygiene reasons hijabs and niqabs are not subjected to exchange or return.
