Please Note: Items purchased in-store are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

For items purchased via our website or WhatsApp, if you are not satisfied with the size or fit, please contact us for assistance. We offer exchanges within one week, provided the item is returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in clear packaging.

Please be aware that if there is any scent of perfume or marks from makeup or deodorant on the item, the exchange will be refused, and the item will be returned to you.

To ensure a smooth process, we reserve the right to refuse refunds if our return procedures are not followed. For hygiene reasons, hijabs and niqabs are not eligible for exchange or return.
